  Animal Care Service has been a pleasure to work with under the sad circumstances of actually having to make that phone call. My husband and I have personally brought 2 of fur babies (Chance and Shiloh) to them over the past 12 years and they treated us, my children and our animals with respect. I have recommended them numerous of times to friends and family and will continue to do so.

  Please think twice about letting this place cremate your fur babies. My fur baby was left to bake in the sun in a bag on the front sidewalk, for all passer-by's to see, while waiting to be picked up by private transport. We were told that it was reportedly by the owner's son, Tommy, that left my sweet doggie outside. My private transport attempted to obtain pictures, but Bob quickly moved my fur baby, so as to not get caught. Bob was questioned as to if this was standard procedure, to leave a dog in a bag in the sun outside, and he stated no, it was not.
  Also, when I called yesterday afternoon, to advise ACS that I did NOT want them to cremate my fur baby, I was told that it could possibly be too late. WTH? The poor dog hadn't been dead more than 3 hours. Bob explained that he was not aware where their drivers were, and that the driver could be cremating her as we spoke!
  I am very heartbroken over the treatment of my sweet furbaby, shame on you, ACS. Your website says that you care about your clients pets, that is a blatant lie.
  And, NO, ACS, there is nothing you can do to fix this incident with me, so just sit back and lick your wounds. You don't even deserve one star of satisfaction, but I could not leave a comment without picking a star.

  The people are so caring and trustworthy. They are family owned so it's not some corporate running things without compassoin. They are very helpful for your pets after life care. Highly recommend.
